How Steady Hand works

Steady Hand connects homeowners with vetted local cleaning companies across the Northeast. Here's the process from first contact to first booking.

For homeowners

1. Tell us what you need. Use the contact form or call us. Weekly recurring, one-time deep clean, move-in/out: pick the service that fits.

2. We match you with a local company. We look at your location, schedule, and home size, then match you with a cleaning company in your area that fits.

3. Same crew, every time. Your cleaning company assigns a consistent crew to your home. You'll know who's coming before they arrive.

4. Pay only for completed bookings. You're charged after the job is done and confirmed.

For cleaning companies

1. Apply to partner. Tell us about your company: coverage area, crew size, insurance, specialties.

2. We handle the calls you miss. Our VA answers inbound calls during your cleaning hours and books appointments on your behalf.

3. Receive booked jobs, not leads. We don't charge per lead. You pay a commission (20-22%) only when a booking completes.

4. Manage your schedule. We coordinate scheduling so you can focus on the cleaning.

What we don't do

We don't send individual gig workers. We don't charge cleaning companies per lead. We don't take referral fees or penalize no-shows with surprise charges. We're a commission business: our incentives are aligned with yours.
